Role Mission

Provide effective, timely and professional service to internal and external customers in EMEA and LATAM by managing orders, complaints, inquiries and product tracking, with a focus on quality, efficiency, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Coordination the customer service team, providing expertise and acting as a key subject matter expert, while managing the execution of operations and providing necessary support when required.

  • Implement continuous improvement processes and projects, promoting and implementing efficiency processes to ensure maximum performance in the supply of products to customers and the sales team.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, availability, prices, delivery times, and commercial conditions.

  • Manage and track orders in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and on-time compliance.

  • Liase with EMEA warehouse and transportation providers to ensure that our products are delivered timely and in perfect quality conditions to final customer.

  • Resolve complaints, claims, and returns in accordance with industry procedures and regulations.

  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and quality, ensuring compliance with customer commitments.

  • Document and report quality incidents when necessary.

  • Communicate changes to customer data and their requirements to the appropriate departments.

  • Will comply with internal GMP policies and current health regulations.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Customer Service or similar.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language (Level C1). Necessary.

  • Previous experience, 2 years in similar positions (logistics area), preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • User-level SAP proficiency.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.

  • Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00h – 17:00h and Friday 8:00h 15:00h.
