Intern - Quality Compliance:
Purpose & Responsibilities of Position:
The Quality Compliance Intern will have the opportunity to learn more about the Performance Development, Compliance, Supplier Quality, and Document Management teams at the Grifols Clayton manufacturing facility while supporting Community Involvement projects and initiatives.
Discover the Plasma re-design project
The intern will be responsible for:
Creating lesson plans/activities as well as building a structured base that is scalable as this project grows
Designing a micro-site that will support student learning activities as well as teacher facilitation needs
Developing a pilot program to launch in 2025-2026 school year, create surveys (for teachers and students), to gather feedback after the pilot program
Taking inventory of current supplies and building Science kits for each school/classroom.
Developing and delivering Train-the-Teacher training

Candidate must be currently enrolled in 4 year degree program as rising junior or senior OR currently accepted or enrolled in Master’s or PhD program; Bachelor’s degree in STEM and majoring in Life Sciences or Secondary Science Education is preferred. An incumbent majoring in Secondary Science Education should be knowledgeable of the new North Carolina teaching standards, including ideas/access to new technologies/activities.
Candidate must currently have GPA of 3.0 or higher
Some knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines
Ability to keep neat, accurate and complete records and logs
The candidate must be proactive, results oriented, with a strong attention to detail
A self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently with minimum supervision and use good judgment, or as a contributing member of a team
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle an ever changing, fast paced critical work environment
Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner
