Biomat USA, Inc. Sr. Logistics Analyst in Clayton, North Carolina

Analyze, independently plan, coordinate, and execute all inbound/outbound plasma shipping activities, including the support of billing and payment approvals activities as needed, in an office environment, while following the guidelines of established processes with frequent interface among center managers and associated departments. Prepares and maintains statistical reporting related to inbound/outbound plasma shipments. Drives operational feedback and cross-functional coordination ensuring integrity of plasma flow consistency and issue resolution.

  • Knowledge and training in required cGMPs and SOPs

  • Ensure timely pickup of plasma from Donor Centers with contracted carriers

  • Coordinate shipment documents and invoicing for customers as needed

  • Partner with donor centers to maximize inventory turnover performance

  • Performs route utilization and efficiency analysis

  • Development and/or enhancement of Logistics KPI’s and routinely publish to Operations and Sr. management to monitor and drive performance improvements.

  • Foster routine and consistent communication channels with internal and external customers including action item development, timelines and follow up.

  • Performs assigned tasks using established procedures with judgment, evaluation, and critical thinking.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience and have been a team lead of others

  • Must have strong ability to follow up on clues and leads in researching matters and to exhibit clear thinking in evaluating atypical situations. Knowledge of plasma clerical operations. Knowledge of inventory control system, Incident Tracking system, SAP, Microsoft Office, etc. Must possess strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to evaluate situations in terms of potential risks and make recommendations to minimize, deter or eliminate the risks.

  • Acting Lead person on various projects as assigned.
