Summary:

• Assists the Validation Project Team with qualification and validation activities associated with the Purification and Filling Facility (PFF).

• The job is located at the Grifols Clayton, NC site.

Primary Responsibilities/ Tasks:

• Assist the Validation Project Team with activities associated with the qualification and validation activities for the new PFF Building.

• Assist in scheduling and performing validation studies to meet requirements and project schedule.

• Assist in evaluating and analyzing validation data collected during the project to ensure adequacy of the information and compliance with regulations.

• Preparation, programming maintaining and use of data acquisition systems used for equipment and process validation.

• Assist in writing protocols, performing validation runs, analyzing data, writing reports, and assembling final validation packets.

• Maintain accurate, succinct and detailed documentation of activities.

• Work is primarily Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM, however some Saturday work may be required.

• At the end of the assignment (summer) the candidate should prepare and present a summary of assigned projects and results achieved to leadership from the hosting departments.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Bio-manufacturing, or other suitable industry-related major.

• Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Standing as a rising junior or above with plans to return to school Fall 2021

• GPA at least 3.0
