• Assist in the monthly/year-end closing and financial reporting process, analysis of operating results and budget versus actual reporting, including detailed explanations of variances.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting process including expenses, headcount and capital expenditure.

• Assist in managing Capital Expenditure management and status reporting to the relevant stakeholders in Grifols.

• Assist in maintaining of the cost accounting system, involving master data and project portfolio and product costing.

• Participate in the month-end close duties such as prepare reports and journal entries.

• Prepare, reconcile, and review inventory and provision accounts to ensure accurate inventory valuation.

• Assist in verifying documents required by SOX compliance team.

• Assist in preparing audit schedules and provide requested information for internal/external auditors.

• Provide support for special projects and ad hoc requests.

• Assist in in physical inventory.

Assist in performing assigned tasks using established procedures with sound judgment, evaluation, and critical thinking.
