Reporting to Senior Manager Packaging, Plasma, Warehouse. This role is responsible for developing and delivering a high standard of training to the packaging team to ensure they are competent using packaging equipment, visual inspection and have a clear understanding of the process from a safety, compliance and efficiency perspective.
What your responsibilities will be:
Create & revise training plans for packaging teams
Ensuring continual improvement of Packaging documentation (SOP’s MBR’s, OJT’s, etc) for areas of responsibility to ensure they are current, accurate, and clear.
Hands on training of new and current team members while ensuring they are competent to perform the duties.
Become SME in Visual inspection of vials, syringes and bags as per current regulations and deliver this training to team members
Keep up to date with industry trends via conference e.g. PDA and attend when required
Support a safe working environment by complying with all pertinent environmental health and safety practices, rules, and regulations.
Generating reports and presentations as required
Ability to travel for training both national & international when required
What you will bring to the role:
Minimum 2 years secondary hands-on packaging experience in a GMP envoirment
Understanding of serialisation and how it applies to Pharma industry
Knowledge of industrial printers e.g. Zebra
Detailed oriented
Excel, Word experience
Experience in visual inspection of Parenteral products
Qualifications
Leaving certificate
Train the trainer qualified
