Position Summary:
Are you ready to kickstart your career in Quality and make a real impact? Join us as for our Quality Graduate program! In this role, you'll be for activities in the Technical Department. Responsibilities include managing the data and documentation relating to the technical area and in particular those related to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and providing support to the technical staff within the Department.
What you will be doing:
· Maintain and improve the administration systems within the technical department
· Maintain and improve the system relating to filing of key documents such technical reports, draft procedures etc.
· Assist with the preparation and maintenance of excel records relating to GDP/GMP
· Planning meetings for the Technical group
· Managing meeting minutes for the Technical group
· Provide administration support in relation to external inspections and internal audits in line with the relevant SOPs.
· Assist with the preparation of reports including monthly reports
· Provide support in relation to yearly planning of activities such as internal audits, reports etc.
· Assist the Quality Department with managing office supplies etc.
· Formatting and finalization of reports and presentation for both internal and external meetings
· Communicate with cross functional departments.
· Communication with the manufacturing sites of Grifols in relation to administrative activities where appropriate
· Follow the established standards of quality, health and safety Other duties as assigned by the Technical Director.
· Support compliance with the general conditions of Wholesale Distribution/Manufacturing Authorisations, guidelines, and other legal requirements.
· Preparation and review of SOPs/documentation in the GDP and Plasma area.
· Ensure Bona Fides are maintained, and periodic review is complete for Suppliers and Customers.
· Communication with the manufacturing sites of Grifols in relation to administrative activities where appropriate
· Supports site training activities
Who we are looking for
Tech-Savvy: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Proactive and Independent: Ability to work proactively and independently.
Organized: Good organizational and time management skills.
Recent Graduate: Graduated in the past 12 months with a Bachelor's degree in a Pharmaceutical background.
Educational Background:
· A Bachelor's degree In any Pharmaceutical background
