Position Summary:

Are you a recent graduate eager to dive into the world of supply chain planning within the biopharmaceutical industry? Our Supply Chain Planning Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive experience through four dynamic rotations, each lasting six months, across various key areas.

In this program, you'll rotate through four out of the following five areas, gaining a broad skill set and exposure to different facets of supply chain planning:

  1. Center of Excellence: Focus on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and tools to align strategic goals with operational execution.

  2. Demand & Supply Execution: Support the end-to-end supply chain by preparing slides for monthly S&OP meetings, assisting with the ITP process, and contributing to the aggregate supply plan.

  3. Global Supply Planning: Oversee and control global inventories and plant performance, predicting production and delivery to meet expected sales.

  4. Production Planning: Ensure smooth and efficient production processes by planning and scheduling manufacturing activities to optimize efficiency and meet market demand.

  5. Product Operations Planning: Monitor project portfolios impacting product offerings and provide project management support to key initiatives for seamless planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Recent Graduate: Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration).

  • Advanced Degree: A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmaceutical Business, Project Management, MBA, or related fields is desirable.
