We are searching for an R & D Project leader 80-100%
What your responsibilities will be
You will carry out studies necessary for evaluation of new technology or for feasibility of new reagents in the field of immunohematology.
You will participate in studies on existing products aimed at the continuous improvement or at new registrations
You will be managing development of new IvD products. As a R & D Project Leader, you will chair the project, organize meetings with a multi-disciplinary team and be responsible for achieving deadlines and milestones.
You will be responsible for preparation of protocols and reports for stability and performance studies, of MFG and QC documentation and of risk analysis.
You will be responsible to inform the R & D Manager about the progress of the tasks assigned.
You will be responsible for good documentation of the development work that meets the quality and regulatory requirements.
You will be collaborating with the other R&D team members for the proper functioning of the lab.
You will be responsible of keeping the necessary confidentiality about the development projects and the knowledge gained from them.
You will be responsible for the conformity of the research and development department with the requirements of the currently valid version of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, In vitro Diagnostic Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/746), GMP and CFR (FDA).

You have a University degree in Biochemistry or Biology. Know-how in Immunohematology or similar is a plus.
You have experience working in a lab.
You have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
You speak French, German or English.
You are a team player with strong communication skills.
