We are looking for an IT Service Manager.

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead a team of IT specialists to support end users of our IT platforms and services on-site.

  • Manage cost centers and take responsibility for the local IT budget.

  • Oversee local IT processes and resolve technical issues, including helpdesk requests and PC infrastructure maintenance.

  • Provide expert advice to users and technical staff in incident resolution.

  • Maintain regular communication with staff, management, and the works council.

  • Participate in projects to assess and improve infrastructure and workplace technologies.

  • Monitor and maintain software and hardware platforms to ensure optimal performance and availability.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with IT and business partners.

  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and regulatory standards.

Who you are:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification in IT infrastructure.

  • Several years of experience in IT service management, including leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong knowledge of data and voice network technologies.

  • Proven leadership and communication skills.

  • Solid experience in project and incident management.

  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
