The Technical Application Specialist (TAS), member of the Diagnostic Customer Technical Support team, has the responsibility of providing the highest quality service and support to Grifols customers at the customer facility and by telephone.

What your responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Follow the regional marketing and sales organization directives in order to technically position Grifols’ products with the technical decision makers at all levels within the marketplace.

  • Openly communicate with other groups within Grifols to assure rapid resolution of issues raised by customers.

  • Lead training sessions for new customers,

  • Participate in customer site evaluations, upgrades of hardware and/or software, product installations, technical review, preventive maintenance and ongoing service and support for all equipment at the customer facility and via telephone.

  • Responsible for all projects implemented at customer sites like performing site workflow analysis or collecting customer data.

  • Participate in scientific congresses or marketing events.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.

  • Adhere to procedures and protocols outlined by the Grifols CTS organization and Grifols Diagnostic organization.

Who you are

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • You have a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related scientific discipline.

  • You have at least two years of experience working in a Laboratory or as TAS in customer service/technical support, in pharma or similar sector.

  • You have IT skills.

  • You speak fluent level of English and Czech.

  • You are communicative, customer oriented, team player and organized. You are also used to work under pressure.

  • You have availability to travel in the whole country (Czech Republic). Field-based position.
