As a Customer Services Administrator , you will play a key role in ensuring that both our internal teams and external customers receive outstanding service and support. You will act as the bridge between our customers, the warehouse, and internal departments, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately to meet business and customer expectations.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will ensure all customer orders (Bioscience and Diagnostic) are accurately entered into SAP and reflect the specific customer requirements.

• You will liaise daily with the warehouse to coordinate timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders.

• You will issue invoices and proofs of delivery in both digital and hard copy formats, depending on customer preferences.

• You will provide summarized sales information to customers when requested.

• You will manage and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines and maintain exceptional service quality.

• You will support continuous improvement by identifying service issues and proposing solutions.

Skills

• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.

• High level of IT literacy, including experience with databases and ERP systems (preferably SAP).

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Customer Service or IT (desirable).

• Degree-level education in a related field (preferred but not essential).

Education & Experience

• Prior experience in a Customer Services or administrative role.

• Experience working with order entry systems and handling invoices.

• Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical, Bioscience, or Diagnostic industry is a plus.
