We are looking for a Technical Applications Specialist who will cover South East Asia and will be based in Taipei. The Technical Applications Specialist is a key member of the Diagnostic Customer Technical Support team who will follow the regional marketing and sales organization directives in order to technically position Grifols’ products with the technical decision makers at all levels within the marketplace.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

• Act as a liaison between Grifols departments, distributors, and the customer site.

• Train new customers and employees.

• Participate in the Upgrade to Equipment or Software and do the Technical Review.

• Do a Weekly/Monthly maintenance at direct service Customer site.

• Perform Site Workflow Analysis.

• Collect Customer Data and perform Analysis at country/sector level.

• Take part of New Product Launches.

• Assist Sales Executives with presentations and analysis to enlarge customer portfolio.

• Translate and verify documents.

• Create and modify SOPs.

• Support technically to the legal department in tender litigations.

Who you are

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• You have a degree in Science in Medical Technology or related scientific discipline.

• You have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.

• You are proficient with Microsoft applications and familiar with computerized call handling systems preferred.

• You speak native Chinese and fluent English.

• You have willingness to travel as this is a field-based role (70% of the time).
