The HR Learning Programs Project Manager will act as an internal consultant to identify business needs related to the development and engagement of professionals. This role will collaborate with leaders to design and implement solutions at the organizational, team, and individual levels, incorporating a global perspective. This position will be part of the Global Human Resources team, within the Talent & Learning area.
What your responsibilities will be
Co-design, Develop, and Implement Learning Programs: Partner in the design, development, and implementation of learning programs within the company's Business Academies. Establish career paths across functions, ensuring the progressive reinforcement of knowledge and skills at all levels within each area. Enhance organizational success by strategically developing employees' leadership and technical capabilities, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and application.
Collaborate with Business Units : Work with various business units to identify training and development needs based on their roles.
Develop Learning Materials : Create structured learning itineraries and a range of materials, including presentations, manuals, and engaging online resources.
Implement Learning Platforms : Oversee the implementation and administration of learning platforms and training management systems to facilitate program delivery and tracking.
Evaluate and Enhance Program Impact: Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through relevant metrics and implement continuous improvements based on data and feedback.

Experience: Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in Learning & Development and Programs Design and implementation. At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, including program design and implementation. Prior experience in an international or corporate setting is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, Economics or related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of organizational design, change management principles, and OD effectiveness methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
