The HRBP (industrial site) will be responsible for supporting, advising, promoting and implementing the HR policies and people management, in accordance with business needs and the values of the organization.
What your responsibilities will be:
Contribute and excute active communication and interlocution with diferents Business and Managers giving solutions for the business needs.
Implement and execute the legal regulations, internal regulations, agreements and negotiations to ensure compli-ance with the commitments following the Company needs and legal framework. Represent the Company in negotiations with the Unions in order to represent the interests of the company.
Detect areas for improvement and proposals to resolve the needs appliying HR policies and procedures.
Diagnosis, develop and implement organizational changes, prioritizing with the client and ensuring that they are performed according to the framework of policies defined by HR.
Adequacy of the proficiency profiles of the people who are promoted to ensure that they fulfill the competencies for the growth and development of the activity. The right person at the right time in the right position.
Be an example, supporting the manager in the management of people.
Bonus Program: Support management in defining critical objectives for their teams as context for setting SMART objectivesand facilitate the team engagement/alignment.
Merit Increase Program: Support management to ensure the best possible outcome when implementing a merit pay program.
Promotions: Support management in the Promotion process to contribute to improve the Company performance.
Advise and participate in the processes of Talent Review and Performance Evaluation in order to advise and en-sure equity in the valuation by managers helping to retain Talent.
Participate in the analysis and description of jobs with each of the business managers in order to coordinate and ensure that proper internal equity is maintained between similar positions.
Who you are:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, Labor Relations or similar. HR Master/Postgraduate preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HRBP, preferable focus on the hard area/labor relations.
Demonstrated experience being the main interlocutor with work councils.
SAP HR/ERP knowledge preferred.
Advanced level in Spanish and English (C1).
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Decision-making skills and results-driven approach.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
