We are looking for an Industrial Operations Project Manager to join the Support Operations Area at Instituto Grifols.

Your main mission will be to control and monitor projects related to New Development manufacturing and control processes and efficiency projects within the production plant.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Lead multidisciplinary Projects at the BioPharma Site located in Parets del Vallés, including both New Development and Efficiency Projects.

  • Collaborate on Common Projects among the different BioPharma Sites.

  • Lead Projects involving Third-Party Customers.

  • The Project Leadership Target involves:

Support to Project Management through:

Project Portfolio Management

New Projects Inlet

Project Prioritization

Teams Workload Balance

Teams Management Support

Project Execution

Individual Project Design

Project Monitoring through Follow-Up Meetings

Support Project with Ad-hoc Documentation

Manage Communication Flow both internal Grifols Group and Third-Party Companies

Who you are

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required.   • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering or similar. Knowledge in project management will be an advantage.

  • Experience of at least 4 years in a similar position.

  • Advanced level in English (C1). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

  • High level in MS Office, MS Project and SAP (preferable).

  • Demonstrated project management skills.

  • Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions.

  • Be proactive, results oriented and have attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
