For the Production Management department of Biomat S.A., we are looking to incorporate a specialist in project management in the field of the supply chain to collaborate across Grifols companies and international projects to manage plasma operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support project management, develop processes, and enhance operations, meeting cost, time, and quality objectives.

What your responsibilities will be

• Manage and support new international projects within the plasma supply chain, collaborating across Grifols companies and third parties.

• Participate in and design new projects to enhance plasma treatment and product intermediate processes.

• Prepare and analyze project reports, ensuring effective implementation and process improvements.

• Monitor project investments, verifying data accuracy and financial forecasts.

• Review and approve documentation (SOPs, change controls, risk analyses) to meet technical and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with validation reports and calibrations.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to improve processes and train staff on new implementations.

• Analyze and organize data to support process optimization and operational efficiency.

• Prepare decision-making reports to enhance efficiency across the plasma supply chain.

• Define and analyze process indicators for continuous improvement.

Who you are

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related studies. Specialization in Project Management is a plus.

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles. Previous work on project management, supply management and international projects will be valued.

• Advanced English (C1.1.) and Spanish.

• Knowledge and application of work rules (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL, etc...) according to defined procedures.

• You have strong management skills with focus on operation efficiency.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate across different departments and multicultural teams.

• Availability to travel 40% of the time.
