We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer (I&O) to join our IT dynamic team. This role is essential to optimize and streamline our processes, guaranteeing the efficiency and reliability of our technological infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation.

The objective of this role is to ensure the availability, security and performance of the company's cloud environments, driving the adoption of best practices and improving operational efficiency through automation and orchestration.

You will play a crucial role in improving and optimizing our processes by implementing automations that provide greater value to the company.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Evaluate, select, and deploy Cloud resources on platforms such as Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions for on premises infrastructure and cloud infrastructure using IaC principles.

  • Technical reference for the managed service and last technical escalation point.

  • In conjunction with Service Manager, define and implement Technical evolutive roadmap

  • Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to integrate automation into existing workflows.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, for different aspects of the infrastructure.

  • Ensure security and compliance in Cloud by implementing best practices and security policies.

  • Identify automation opportunities to improve scalability and availability of systems.

  • Experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure, preferably on Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform.

  • Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure automation, with a particular focus on Terraform.

  • Deep knowledge of tools such as Ansible, Terraform.

  • Advanced scripting skills such Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Experience in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

  • Deep knowledge of cloud security, including access policies, encryption, compliance and identity management.

  • Experience carrying out integration with Api/Webservice calls.

  • Proven experience as an IT Engineer or Architect.

  • Experience in designing and implementing high availability, scalability and disaster recovery solutions.

  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)

  • Strong troubleshooting and system diagnostic skills.

  • Easy learner to develop new skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stress on large companies.

  • Engaged and optimistic to face new challenges, focused on continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration mindset among other areas and providers.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
