For Instituto Grifols’s Material Planning department, there is a need for the incorporation of a Material Planning Specialist to perform the following tasks:

What your responsibilities will be

You will secure the supply of raw materials and packaging to meet production requirements:

  • Identify the materials required to ensure scheduled production

  • Execute and follow up order requisitions for required materials

  • Follow up on incoming orders and claim orders in delay

  • Review stocks and consumptions to achieve the optimal level of raw material inventory

You will create SAP codes for new materials involved in the production process:

  • Initiate the internal process of creating new SAP codes in the system

  • Monitoring and claiming of the data necessary for the activation of the material

  • Coordinate the related tasks with the departments involved

  • Identify needs for the production process together with the users to guarantee the necessary inventory

You will coordinate with other departments the production objectives, minimizing costs and managing incidences.

Who you are

  • You have a CFGS or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business or similar.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  • You are fluent in Spanish and English (B2.2.).

  • You have advanced knowledge in Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.

  • You are proactive, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
