We are looking for a Operations Support Scientist to join our Protein Discovery in the Scientific Innovation Office of Instituto Grifols S.A., a company specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained from the fractionation of human plasma.

This position will focus on supporting the coordination of research programs, documentation and operational activities within Protein Discovery reporting to the Director of Operations.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Supporting the coordination of all the research programs and activities across Protein Discovery.

  • Acting as liaison with external collaborators and institutions, including legal and compliance aspects, export/import activities, grants… in collaboration with projects leads.

  • Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring for Protein Discovery.

  • Coordinating personnel training and safety.

  • Maintaining and managing files, reports, and documents of Protein Discovery with close interface with the Global documentation coordination.

  • Handling calendar management for Global Protein Discovery events and internal/external communications (IP, legal, Cost Controlling,…).

  • You have a Degree and can demonstrate experience in a similar position, at least 4 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • You have the ability to coordinate and manage operational tasks.

  • You have the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes and challenges.

  • You have experience working with databases and DCM or LQSM programs.

  • You are organized and communicative.

  • You have experienced in research operations and relevant regulations.

  • You have a good level of English.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skill.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
