Role Mission

Manage and lead projects related to the design and development of immunohematology reagents within the R&D department. The work is based on continuous process improvement and must be carried out in compliance with quality standards and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will design, plan, and manage specific technical projects or parts thereof.

• You will draft the necessary documentation for project development and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.

• You will perform the experiments, trials, tests, or analyses necessary to carry out the projects and prepare the associated technical reports.

• You will ensure that the instruments, materials, and reagents used meet the defined requirements.

• You will draft protocols and manage external validations.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences or related fields.

• Master's degree in the field of science (Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry...) (Desirable).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language – C1.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management for Production or Laboratory areas within the pharmaceutical, chemical sector.

• You have user-level skills in MS Office

• Knowledge of GMP environment is essential.

• You are proactive, methodical and eager to learn
