Summary
The Data Solutions Manager will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all data sources. This individual must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate a team-oriented, goal-and-results-driven work ethic. The role requires working collaboratively with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, leading and managing data-related projects from inception to completion, and developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards for data visualization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a keen focus on quality control, and a solid understanding of business processes on the buy and bill space.
Primary responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerBi dashboards
• Recommend and implementing best practices for PowerBI dashboards
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all data sources.
• Interact with business users and data architecture team to ensure that Dashboards are delivered and deployed in a timely and programmatically ‘lean’ manner
• Partner with teammates from the Data Warehouse, Salesforce and external vendors/customers to consult on data architecture and availability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Skills/Qualifications/Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Power BI certification) is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management and dashboard design
• Experience with data quality control and data governance
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Occasionally walks and stands. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations with occasional travel within the United States. Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken and written words and sentences. Interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Must work with diverse groups to obtain consensus on issues.
