Position Overview:

In this strategic role, you'll spearhead innovative initiatives to attract top talent and propel Grifols' employer brand to new heights. Reporting directly to our HQ based in Barcelona, Spain, become the architect of Grifols' employer brand in North America! You'll strategize and execute captivating employer branding campaigns that showcase our unique value proposition and magnetize top talent across the country. The teams are composed of passionate professionals from diverse backgrounds (HR, Communication, Business Development, Marketing & Natural Sciences). We leverage our differences to create innovative approaches and high-quality solutions to attract top talent globally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop data-driven employer branding campaigns across various channels, transforming Grifols into a magnet for top talent.

  • Craft compelling narratives that illuminate Grifols' unique culture and employee value proposition.

  • Calculate and analyze the ROI of branding materials and campaigns to ensure effective use of resources.

  • Plan and execute engaging events at universities and career fairs, building strong relationships with future talent.

  • Stay ahead of the curve on employer branding trends and best practices.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global employer branding strategies.

  • Champion the company’s diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging activities to support a more inclusive workplace; coordinate the activities of the Employee’s Resource Groups.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field

  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or a related field

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Passion for the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of the North American talent landscape

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • ’’Go-getter’ attitude and thrive in a context where it’s sometimes necessary to learn by doing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies

  • Experience with content creation, including video, photography, and graphic design

  • Experience with social media marketing and advertising platforms

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Frequently walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations and frequently travels within the United States. Able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Ability to apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues. Performs a wide range of complex tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence.
