Summary

The Global HR Administration Project Analyst will oversee and manage various projects related to HR administration. Responsible for implementing and improving HR Administration policies, procedures, and systems. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Primary responsibilities for role:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR administration projects.

  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.

  • Work with HR Administration teams to review existing processes and identify areas for automation and improvement.

  • Work closely with IT to assess the feasibility of automation solutions and obtain feedback on implementation strategies.

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

  • Provide training and support to HR Administration staff on new automated systems and processes.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR administration processess and automation best practices.

  • Monitor the performance of automated systems and processes, troubleshooting any issues that arise and making adjustments as necessary.

  • Partners with other members of Payroll and HR teams to successfully complete special projects.

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in HR automation, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Lead and coordinate testing activities for process changes, and system enhancements related to HR administration. Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure detailed testing coverage.

  • Manage and coordinate the process of acquistions, upgrades and sytem integrations to make sure all HR and payroll data is accurate and functional at the time of go live.

  • Provide Data (reports) for all internal and external audits.

  • Monitor communications and project plans when needed for acquistions, system upgrades or changes within the business.

  • Coordinate meetings with various departments to review processes that impact HR administration. Facilitate discussions to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for process improvement and automation initiatives.

  • Work closely with other department to map out current HR processes, identify pain points, and opportunities for automation and streamlining. Document workflows and gather input to ensure a comprehensive understanding of process requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Metrics update/improvement.

  • Create or update SOP’s workflows.

  • SAP patches.

  • Provide training to HR admin team when upgrades or new versions come In place.

  • Tickets submission, Review-implementation and testing.

  • Manager integration of new centers.

  • Create training schedules and/or provide trainings to new center managers.

  • Reproduce reports for internal, external and legal request.

  • Troubleshoot ADP issues with Mobile application and access.

  • Work closely with other departments to identify pain points and opportunities for automation that will benefit our HR administration departments.

  • Work Closely with ADP to request changes/enhancements to the current SQRs and pass thru (interface between SAP and ADP).

  • Create or request eTIME changes when needed (Payrules, accrual profiles person type etc).

  • Maintain our Payroll and HRDC representative table for distribution in SAP.

  • Document the improvements/enhancement of the chatbot.

  • Clock replacements and troubleshoot

Knowledge,Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of ADP EV5, eTIME, SAP, Success Factor systems. Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software application such as ADP EV5, eTIME,SAP, Succes Factor. Excellent communication and collaboration skills,with the ability to work effectively with croess-funcitional teams. Strong project management Skills,with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology,Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience. Project or technical leadership experience required.

Occupational Demands

Occasionally walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations with occasional travel within the United States. Able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Works independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals. Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Must work with diverse groups to obtain consensus on issues. Ability to apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues.
