Position Overview:

The Organizational Development Analyst will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce capability. This role requires data-driven decision-making, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on continuous improvement to align business strategies with HR objectives in a dynamic global environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Organizational Analysis and Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret organizational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement

● Program Development and Implementation: Assist in the design and execution of organizational development/effectiveness initiatives. Support the development of frameworks, tools, and resources to drive a high-performance culture

● Change Management: Collaborate with leaders to support change initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and values

● Monitor and assess the effectiveness of change efforts and recommend improvements

● Global Collaboration: Partner with regional and local HR teams to ensure organizational effectiveness strategies are adapted to meet local needs

● Facilitate knowledge sharing across geographies to promote consistency and innovation

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an organizational development/effectiveness role within a multinational environment or consultancy firm

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Culturally aware and able to collaborate across diverse teams

  • Knowledge of organizational design, change management, and OD effectiveness methodologies

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Frequently walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations and frequently travels within the United States. Able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Ability to apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues. Performs a wide range of complex tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence.
