  • Define, develop, and manage marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics to support brands’ financial targets for Neurology/Gamunex-C or Immunology/Xembify. Articulates recommendations and crafts business cases to gain consensus from commercial and division leadership and their teams to move forward

  • Oversee product strategic planning of Neurology/Gamunex-C or Immunology/Xembify to align with corporate and global strategies for short and long term, including defining success metrics, pull through of plan and measurement. Work with counterpart and Senior Director to align on overall IG portfolio.

  • Serve as brand steward within organization, ensuring alignment of priorities to meet objectives and advocating for resources necessary to deliver P&L targets. Achieves on or above budget performance by monitoring performance against the OPEX budget in all areas of marketing.

  • Lead creative development and execution of marketing activities to achieve campaign objectives in CIDP or PIDD. Stimulate creativity, innovative thinking for HCP promotion and recommend changes to better serve customer, address need gaps and maximize sales.

  • Ensures the development and pull-through of effective marketing strategies and programs by providing analytical and strategic leadership.

  • Synthesize data from disparate sources to uncover market insights that can transform the business. Keeps abreast of innovators and disrupters where Grifols can offensively align or defensively prepare

  • Liaise with key stakeholders, such as Sales, Medical Affairs, CDC and Account Management teams, to ensure meetings needs of customers and identify innovative opportunities to improve customer engagement.

  • Oversee field guidance to ensure understanding and appropriate deployment of promotional campaigns to achieve objectives

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with operations partners (sales training, data analytics, GRP) to ensure sales representatives are prepared and armed with most up-to-date information to achieve sales targets

  • Work closely with Market research counterpart to ensure alignment of objectives and achievement of objectives. Ideally, identifying new ways to elevate and differentiate Gamunex-C or Xembify in a competitive marketplace.

  • Attract, develop and retain a motivated, competent marketing team and prepare staff to meet the current and future needs of the business. Manage, guide, and develop marketing personnel on team to improve capabilities and develop as leaders within the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the biopharma/bioscience industry with related R&D/Drug Development or Marketing Expertise.

• Demonstrated experience in external KOL engagement and cross-functional team leadership.

• The job entails assessment of data and execution of activities on multiple levels, both strategic and tactical, requiring strong, analytical decision-making abilities resulting in action oriented focus.

• Proven ability to strategically lead innovative team in collaboration with both external and internal partners.

• Requires least 5 years of management experience.

• Strong ability to foster and build relationships internally and externally across wide range of customers and stakeholders.

• Strong matrix collaboration and organizational awareness to remove barriers and drive change with ability to build relationships quickly and effectively to achieve goals.

• Ability to identify and understand complex problems and develop cross-functional solutions in an ever-changing environment

• Ability to travel up to 30 percent

Preferred Background:

• Understanding and experience in business development.

• Demonstrated success collaborating across life cycle management and launch teams.

• Experience in innovative multi-channel approaches and evolving technology for accelerating diagnosis.Rare disease, HCP marketing, neurology and specialty therapeutics experience preferred

• Autoimmune and immunology, Neurology, Infectious Disease, Bleeding Management.
