The Global CTS Technical Documentation Technician collaborates with partners and CTS subject matter experts to create technical communications for customers, distributors, and field personnel, ensuring they have the necessary support and access. She/he is responsible for publishing all documentation related to new Diagnostic instrument software versions released to the field and actively participates in process improvement initiatives.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with partners and CTS subject matter experts to develop technical communications for the the Grifols Technical Library (Customer Portal, GTL) and CTS Sharepoint (Field Service Bulletins and other service documents).

• Publish documents in the GTL and CTS Sharepoint, and configuring ServiceMax as needed.

• Request translations for specific documents.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives for CTS (DxBU).

• Manage user accounts for distributors providing them with access to our platforms.

• Manage customer users for the Customer Portal access.

• Answer the Grifols Technical Library support mail.

• You have a Technical or Life Science Bachelor's Degree.

• You have an advance level of English.

• You have analytical skills, you are communicative and flexible.
