In Grifols’s Human Resources & Talent Office, there is a need for the incorporation of an HR Executive Assistant to perform administrative tasks and provide support for activities carried out in the department according to established procedures or instructions from their superior.

What your responsibilities will be

  • You will organize and manage the CHRO's agenda, including arranging trips, meetings, correspondence tasks (processing and follow-up of shipments), telephone duties, and attending to internal and external visitors.

  • You will maintain the required or developed information for the organizational unit to enable the coordination of various administrative tasks within the department, including managing the information archive, and keeping activity-specific data up to date following the established procedures.

  • You will be responsible for creating and developing reports or presentations specific to the organizational unit, including creating presentations using office tools regarding the department’s results and performing translation tasks.

  • You will manage board meetings. This includes tasks such as taking minutes during meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are documented and tracked, and coordinating any necessary follow-up activities after the meetings.

  • You will manage expenses reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • You will provide support for internal communications within the department.

  • You have a CFGS or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Executive Secretariat or related.

  • You have significant experience working as an Executive Assistant.

  • You are fluent in Spanish and English.

  • You are trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.

  • Efficiency, commitment, versatility, autonomy, and organization are essential requirements for this position.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
