We are looking for a Technical Applications Specialist who will be a key member of the Diagnostic Customer Technical Support (DxCTS) team, with the primary responsibility of providing the highest quality service and support to Grifols customers both on-site and remotely. The TAS will also follow the regional marketing and sales directives to technically position Grifols’ products with decision-makers at all levels in the marketplace.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

• Act as a liaison between Grifols departments, distributors, and customer sites.

• Implement and train new customers.

• Participate in equipment or software upgrades and conduct technical reviews.

• Support daily operations and troubleshooting at customer sites.

• Perform site workflow analysis and collect customer data for country/sector-level analysis.

• Take part in new product launches and maintain cross-functional project timelines.

• Assist Sales Executives with presentations and commercial documentation to expand the customer portfolio.

• Translate and verify technical documents.

• Create and modify SOPs.

• Provide technical support to the legal department in tender litigations.

Who you are

• You have a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or a related scientific discipline.

• You have experience working with IH as a Technical Applications Specialist or a Lab Technician.

• You speak native-level verbal and written Chinese, preferably with good communication and presentation skills in English.

• You have a strong project management, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• You are willing to travel frequently, as this is a field-based role (approximately 50% travel).
