The International Product Manager is responsible for the effective cross-functional marketing of assigned immunoglobulin products and the franchise pipeline. This includes developing marketing strategies and plans to achieve revenue and profit goals, monitoring product launches, and managing or supporting the lifecycle of established products for the region. The manager ensures compliance with Grifols' compliance guidelines.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans, programs, budgets, and goals for the Neurology/Immunology area.

  • Manage the development and provision of marketing materials, advertising, and promotional activities.

  • Lead the execution of international congresses to ensure Grifols' successful presence and achievement of promotional goals.

  • Interest in creative product promotional campaigns.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with various teams in the preparation and execution of launches.

  • Marketing support for relevant countries and regions, including strategic advice, operational implementation, and development of business cases.

  • Support distributor markets for assigned products.

  • Participate in the creation of forecasts for the regions Europe, IBAM, and MEAA to estimate product demand.

  • Support the analysis and evaluation of geographic expansion opportunities and monitor product launch/marketing.

  • Regular communication with other departments to gather internal/external customer feedback and improve the services of the marketing group.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Willingness to travel in Europe, MEAA, and IBAM areas (Middle East, Asia, Africa, South America).

  • Extensive knowledge in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the therapeutic area of neurology or immunology.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.

  • Fluent English skills in both written and spoken; German or Spanish desired.

  • Strong communication, service, and customer orientation.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information and ideas.

  • Sensitivity and respect for different countries and cultures.

  • Ability to solve complex conceptual problems and perform a wide range of tasks with variable requirements.

  • Hybrid working (3 days/week in the office, 2 days/week remote), primary workplace is the office in Frankfurt, Germany.
