Medical Science Liaison - Nordic Region.

We are looking for someone who will build relationships with scientific leaders in one or more indications: immonology/hematology/pulmonology.

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Implementing Medical Affairs plans in the field aligned with Grifols Nordic Strategic plans.

  • Building relationships with scientific leaders in one or more indications.

  • Providing field-based insights to the company on patient care practices, dynamics, and unmet needs within therapeutic areas.

  • Providing medical and scientific information to physicians, researchers, patient advocacy groups, and other key stakeholders (e.g., payors, health authorities at national or regional levels).

  • Conducting formal presentations to external stakeholders.

  • Supporting cross-functional colleagues with clinical data presentations, scientific intelligence, company trial site identification, and involvement in clinically or scientifically related initiatives/projects.

  • Collaborating in internal training for Key Account Managers as required.

  • Attending local and national medical conferences on respective disease areas and providing reports from these meetings for internal stakeholders.

  • Planning and executing local/national advisory boards.

  • Providing scientific responses to inquiries from internal and external customers.

  • Managing Grifols Research programs at the country level, including ISR, RWE, Research Grants, Scientific Awards, and educational grants.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of the medical content of marketing materials and participating in the sign-off process as needed.

Who you are:

  • University degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Medicine. PhD and knowledge in one or more of the respective scientific fields (immunology/hematology/pulmonology) is preferred.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the pharma industry is preferable.

  • Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical basics with the highest ethical standards.

  • Scientific understanding (literature, clinical and basic research, etc.).

  • Advanced communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Presentation skills.

  • Living in a Nordic country.

  • Fluent in English and Finnish, and Swedish is a plus.

  • Field-based with frequent travel.
