As an Operations and Administration Specialist , you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient office management, procurement, compliance, and administrative operations across our Biopharma and Diagnostic divisions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact role with significant responsibilities.
What your responsibilities will be
• You will manage procurement processes for office and specialized materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• You will oversee office administration, including facility management, staff records, and service coordination.
• You will handle invoicing, expense monitoring, and support financial reporting.
• You will ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• You will assist with cross-functional tasks to support the Operations and Administration Manager and new teams.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently.
• Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role. Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Education: Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
